Integrations
Browse OneDrive files, Outlook message subjects and senders, and Microsoft Calendar events inside Zanbase.
Browse OneDrive, Outlook and Microsoft Calendar when choosing an external reference inside Zanbase. OneDrive lists file names and links, and supports searching for a file by name. Use the results to find the outside file relevant to your workspace work.
Outlook results show message subjects and sender addresses, with links to open the messages. Microsoft Calendar results show event titles and start times, with links to the events. These browsing surfaces do not provide an Outlook message-body reader or actions for sending Microsoft email or writing calendar events.
Each person connects their own Microsoft account under For you. The connection belongs to that person; another workspace member cannot use its credentials. Zanbase stores the account identifier, label and granted permissions, and encrypts the access and refresh tokens it keeps for the connection.
To disconnect, open Settings, then Connected apps. Under Connected accounts, select Disconnect beside your Microsoft account and confirm Disconnect. Zanbase removes its local connection. It cannot withdraw the Microsoft grant through this connection flow, so remove that grant in your Microsoft account settings as well. Disconnecting the integration does not sign you out of Zanbase.
