Sign in to Zanbase

Use Google, GitHub, company sign-in, an email code, or a passkey.

Security and sign-in

Choose a sign-in method on the login screen to open your Zanbase account. You can use a provider, an email code, or a passkey you have already added.

Use a provider

  1. On Sign in, select Continue with Google or Continue with GitHub.
  2. Complete the provider’s sign-in prompts.

Use company sign-in

Your organization must configure single sign-on first.

  1. Select Continue with company sign-in.
  2. Enter your Work email.
  3. Select Continue with SSO.
  4. Complete your organization’s sign-in prompts.

Use an email code

  1. Select a code below the sign-in options.
  2. Enter your Email.
  3. Select Send login link. Zanbase emails you a six-digit code that expires in 10 minutes.
  4. Select Enter code manually.
  5. Enter the code from the email.
  6. Select Continue with login code if Zanbase does not continue on its own.

Use a passkey

  1. Select a passkey below the sign-in options.
  2. Complete your device or browser’s passkey prompt.

To add a passkey while signed in, open Account menu, select Account, then select Add passkey.

Good to know

Connecting an outside account for files or mail is separate from signing in. If your workspace requires company sign-in, another sign-in method alone does not satisfy that workspace’s rule. See single sign-on setup and account settings.
