Help
Grant access to Google Drive, Gmail, and Calendar, and choose optional workspace write permissions.
Connect your Google account to let Zanbase read the Google information you authorize. Workspace administrators can also grant write permissions for agents and automations.
Sign in to a Zanbase workspace and have access to the Google account you want to connect. For the whole workspace permissions require a workspace Owner or Admin.
This permission supports reading Google Drive files, Gmail, and Calendar. The connection is personal and is removed when you leave the workspace.
These permissions allow creating Calendar events, creating Docs and appending Sheet rows, creating Drive files, or creating Gmail drafts and sending messages, respectively. Workspace connections remain when the person who authorized them leaves.
A connection authorizes access; it does not itself schedule an automation or send a message. Disconnecting an integration does not sign you out of Zanbase. Outside AI tools connect through a separate authorization flow.
Authorize an outside AI application to work in Zanbase and review or revoke its connection.
Grant personal read access to OneDrive, Outlook, and Microsoft Calendar, and manage the connection.
Ask Zanbase Agent or an automation to create a GitHub issue or post a comment through a workspace connection.
