Help
Create a doc, format its text, add tables and tabs, and mention people or workspace items.
Write a doc when you need a brief, reference page, or shared draft. Use formatting, tables, and tabs to organize it, and mentions to connect it to people and work.
To create a doc, you need the workspace member, admin, or owner role. To create it inside a folder, open the folder and use its New resource button; you need Can edit or Full access on that folder. Editing an existing doc needs Can edit or Full access on the doc.
/ and choose Heading 1 to add a heading./ and choose Table to insert a table.@ followed by the person’s or item’s name in the doc.The inserted mention refers to that person or workspace item.
Each doc tab has its own content and history. History and writing help apply to the tab you have open. A table inside a doc contains its own text; it is not a live view of a workspace table.
For a suggested rewrite, see Write with Zanbase Agent.

Ask for new text or a rewrite inside a doc, then review the result before inserting it.
Keep client briefs, delivery tasks, and review conversations in one workspace. Give each project a place and each handoff an owner.
