Can Zanbase replace Google Workspace?
Zanbase replaces the apps where your team works together: chat, docs, projects, tables, meetings and files. It does not host your email; connect your Gmail inbox to see it inside Zanbase.
Can we move from Google Docs and Sheets?
Use Google’s File menu to download a file in a format Zanbase imports. Bring work over one tool at a time: Zanbase imports Word documents, Markdown files and spreadsheets (CSV and Excel), and you can keep your other tools until you’re ready.
How do the prices compare?
See the plan prices in the comparison table. Zanbase includes chat, docs, projects, tables, meetings, files, whiteboards and Zanbase Agent, with capacity and usage allowances by plan. Single sign-on is plan-limited.
